TMV testing and rectification
Thermostatic mixing valves control hot water temperature to prevent scalding. Annual testing and certification is a legal requirement for commercial properties, childcare, aged care, and health settings.
We test, adjust, repair, and certify TMV units to AS/NZS 3500.4. Written compliance reports provided. Rectification works carried out where units fail testing.
Backflow prevention testing and certification
Backflow prevention devices stop contaminated water from flowing back into the clean water supply. Annual testing and certification is mandatory for commercial properties.
We test, certify, and report all backflow prevention devices to AS/NZS 2845.1. We register results with your local water authority and carry out any rectification works required.
Plumbing site inspections and safety audits
A full assessment of your plumbing systems to identify compliance risks, ageing infrastructure, and maintenance requirements before they become urgently or costly.
We inspect hot water systems, water pressure, pipe condition, flexi hoses, fixtures and fittings, drainage, and general plumbing infrastructure. Written report provided with recommendations and priority actions.

Trade waste applications
If your business discharges liquid waste -- grease, chemicals, food waste -- you need a trade waste agreement with your local council or water authority. We prepare and lodge the application on your behalf.
We know exactly what councils and water authorities require. We handle the paperwork, liaise with the relevant authority, and make sure your application is approved correctly the first time.
EPA waste tracking and reporting
EPA approved collection, transport, and disposal of liquid waste. All waste is tracked and reported in accordance with EPA requirements -- you get documentation for every collection.
