EVAC was engaged to investigate the state of the stormwater system as this building was having continuous issues with flooding in wet weather conditions
How we delivered
Attempted access to all stormwater lines from multiple points
Conducted camera inspections to gain access into the main stormwater line
Inspected and CCTV'd from a downpipe at a neighboring property, exposing a pit below surface level
Water jetted the stormwater lines to clear debris where possible during the investigation
Cleaned all accessible pits and strip grates
