Major Water Leak

EVAC was assigned to investigate a major water leak where it was reported by council that areas of the yard had become water logged with potential sink holes and an area inside the building was showing water damage. Majority of the yard was seemingly flooded and wet even though they had no rain.

This had been investigated in the past by other trades that could not detect the source.

With specialist testing and investigative work, Evac was able to locate the cause, a pipe located in the concrete slab in a storage area

• Open up 2 sections of flooring that joined the storeroom to expose pipework
• Connect onto pipework and run up and over to divert the water supply
• Regained water supply to fixtures that had dropped off
• Water diverted and leak no longer remaining
